Can I post straight to Instagram?
Yes, with a Business or Creator account connected through Meta's Graph API. Personal accounts cannot auto publish, which is Meta's rule rather than ours.
Why does it need a Business account?
Meta only opens the publishing endpoint to Business and Creator accounts. With a personal account you can still download the files and post them in the app.
What resolution do I get?
1080 by 1920 once you have bought any credit pack. Clips made with the free welcome credits come out at 720 by 1280.
Can it add trending music?
No, and neither can anything else that publishes through the API. Add the track inside Instagram after the Reel is up.
How long can a Reel be?
Up to 90 seconds, which is Instagram's own limit. We default to 60, because shorter clips get watched to the end more often.
What if I would rather use Instagram's captions?
Turn subtitles off when you set the job up and the file comes back clean.
